Two Cents : Diet Programs

How are you people? Hope you are doing fine :)

Okay today im gonna lay out for you guys Herbalife's programs which is basically Lose Weight, Gain Weight and also Maintain Weight (this is optional). With different programs, the diet style varies with different kinds of Tea and Shake intake.

So this is the table suggested for the programs




Lose Weight


Basically losing weight takes more patience and hassle than it seems to be. Because after all this while after we have indulging ourselves with foods non-stop, we need that extra drive to be maintaining and controlling our food intake because the logic will be like this, if we stop taking bad and harmful things into our body and taking a good one instead,wont our body be all good and healthy too? Same goes with this.

Okay so the way you have to consume the product is basically like this :

  1. BREAKFAST - Substitute your breakfast with 1 Mix Tea and Shake. Don't worry that you will be unsatisfied because Tea Mix will curb your appetite and Shake will make you full until lunch
  2. LUNCH - So what's to take for breakfast?take note that now you are on a carbo diet,meaning by you have to take less carbo but you still have to take some for your energy build-up, so you have to take rice or bread and take more protein-based food such as fish (non-fried), tofu, and so on
  3. DINNER - Same as breakfast, you substitute your dinner with 1 Mix Tea and Shake. If you have the urge to munch, fruits such as green apple or salad without dressings is very much advisable
And that is all about Losing Weight Program



Gain Weight


So far, Gain Weight Program is the easiest of all because you dont have to curb you appetite, just go on with  what you are comfortable of and just take the shake after every meal namely breakfast,lunch and dinner.

The way you have to consume the product for this program is basically like this:


                        
  1. BREAKFAST - First thing in the morning, take Herbal Aloe Extract with warm or chilled water. Afterwards, just take your breakfast as usual, and after your meal, just wash it down with Shake and you're good to go
  2. LUNCH - Eat your lunch as usual as everyday and after the meal, take Shake
  3. DINNER - Before you go on with your dinner, first you take Herbal Aloe Extract and after your delicious dinner, take Shake.Voila! Done!




Maintain Weight



Gain Weight Program is very much just to balancing up your nutrition intake per day and watch your weight as your weight will just be in +1 +2 or -1 -2 because you yourself know how to control your appetite and the dos and don'ts

  1. BREAKFAST - 1 Mix Tea and Shake as your breakfast
  2. LUNCH - Take your lunch as usual
  3. DINNER - Take your dinner as usual ( you can drink tea afterwards )
